Confidentiality

Discretion is not a policy. It is the product.

JORA Nexus exists to develop original intellectual concepts. That work has value only for as long as it remains protected — so confidentiality is not a clause we attach to our engagements. It is a principle we build them on.

Every discussion, document, and detail shared with JORA Nexus is treated with the highest level of confidentiality, whether or not a formal agreement is in place.

Client information is never disclosed to any third party without explicit written permission. This includes the existence of a discussion, the industry involved, and the substance of any concept explored.

Every concept, evaluation, and piece of intellectual capital we originate is handled under strict professional ethics, by a limited number of people, on a need-to-know basis.

Confidentiality is not how we protect our work.
It is how we protect yours.
